Card Reporting Site

The PSL Card Reporting site provides you with fast and easy access to your reports online! Comprehensive information includes both daily summaries and the ability to drill down into details of each transaction or to choose custom-options via a "Report Options" facility.

All reports can be exported to either CSV or Excel format.

Authorised Users accessing the card report site have the ability to view Quick and Advanced Reports, giving basic transaction level detail only (Access Level 1). This is ideal for bank account reconciliation for example.

In addition, PSL can assign further access levels (2 & 3) increasing the users ability to view further detail. The Customer will authorise PSL which access level status should be granted to each User.

Summary of access level features, (see further below for detail):

Access Level 1 – Summary level reporting – ideal for bank account reconciliation
Access Level 2 – Further ability to drill down to view transaction detail
Access Level 3 – Further ability to view cardholder information

For multi merchants, we provide the ability for users to view all or specific merchants only.

Quick reports: total number of transactions – authorised / declined / referred etc
total value of transactions – authorised / declined / referred etc
Currency
Merchant name
Date processed
Ability to export report to .xls or .csv format

Advanced reports: In addition to the above:
View merchant list
View summaries by card type, response code
Historical averages

Level 2.
