We are the UK’s largest independent cheque processor. The value we add is in reducing the Bank fee for cheque clearance; saving thousands each year and with the years of experience we have in providing payment processing services (since 1993). We manage the courier, ensuring cheques are collected and arrive on time every day at the bank. Discrepancies are a strong point, we’re very successful in resolving credit reductions. We manage the bank to ensure processing is completed successfully. We ensure reports are sent out each and every day on time.

Setting up

After an agreement has been signed and returned, set up takes 10 days maximum. Its completed by PSL internally.

Implementation

We provide a simple document explaining how to prepare cheques to the standard required by UK Clearing system, and covering operational procedures. We then call and discuss the process. We call again the first day’s collection to ensure all is in place.

Cheque Collection.

We collect from sites using secure, specialist courier, and deliver your cheques to the bank for clearance.

Support

A named account executive will deal with your queries, and provide daily support required to manage your account. Support is provided by email phone and post whichever best suits customers.
